The findings of this research suggest that whilst the group wearing the Q-Link pendant showed significant improvement, this enhancement could be due to the limitations of the study. However, an improvement in swing efficiency occurred from the baseline testing to the six week intervention testing. The discovery that the initial difference resulted from the uneven distribution of handicaps amongst the groups does not detract from the improvement made by the Q-Link group. This suggests that the Q-Link group were able to hit the ball with more efficiency after six weeks of wearing the pendant. This could be translated that the Q-Link allows the golfer to swing with more freedom.
