When purchased from our Q-Link® manufacturer website, Acrylic, Stainless Steel, Copper, Titanium & Silver Q-Link Pendants, and Nimbus and Stratus may be returned for any reason, less shipping and handling, for a refund within 90 days of purchase. Q-Link CLEAR, OASYS, Equine Pendants, chains and other accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Gold product sales are final. To be eligible for refund, products must be returned in like-new condition and be accompanied by original receipt and packaging. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number.
