"I found that I am way more focused and calm in the classroom and seem to have more energy throughout the day. Especially in dealing with the little things which occur throughout the day. As for golf, my scores haven't gone down, but I do notice a difference in my concentration and attitude on the course. The same can be said for playing volleyball. As I am getting older my skill level takes a hit, but I feel more in control and focused wearing the Q-Link."
